Items that are used, damaged due to customer handling, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.


2. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or if you received a defective or incorrect product, exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product or a refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged during shipping), we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
