1. How long does shipping take?

Order processing time: 1–2 business days.
Shipping within the US: 3–4 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 4–6 business days.

2. Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.

3. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we accept:

• Returns within 7 days after delivery.

• Exchanges within 10 days after receiving the item.
  Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us immediately at contact@quinra.store with photos or videos showing the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s progress.

6. What materials are your cutting boards made from?

Depending on the product line, our boards may be made from:

• Premium antimicrobial plastic

• Natural wood

• High-quality composite
  All materials are food-safe, durable, and easy to clean.

7. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order may have already begun processing or shipping.
